My name is Leah Dolan and I am an IFBB Figure Pro and CrossFit athlete. I started CrossFit in 2009, Bodybuilding in 2011, and over the last year I have focused much more on CrossFit in preparation for competitions around the world. I plan to step on stage again in the next year for another pro show. Based on the 2016 CrossFit open, I’m ranked in the top 3.5% in the world and 13th in Spain. I accomplished one dream by becoming an IFBB Pro, but now I’m chasing my CrossFit dream to compete in Regionals. I’m incredibly lucky to be supported by my friends and family. BigJonFitness manages my bodybuilding and nutrition world, while CrossFit Granollers, in Spain, runs my CrossFit addiction. I believe I have the best trainers and teammates anyone can ask for, considering I’m a pretty needy athlete! My athlete sponsors support me along my fitness journey and I can’t thank them enough - Myprotein, NOCCO & Quest Nutrition are, in my opinion, the best companies you can work with. I love pizza and drink coffee like it’s my job! Speaking of jobs, I do work full-time for a software company which mentally challenges me every day. I’m a goofy person but am also super competitive. My goal is to motivate and encourage people to build a healthy lifestyle do something they love. I want to inspire people to try something new and to not be afraid or intimated to create a better, stronger & healthier self. I love the fitness world and am truly grateful for my journey!
